4. One Tough Dude
Allan Batt's incredible book about speedway legend Barry Butterworth. Five years of research and an endorsement from Barry's family and brother Max. With a foreword by Ted Tracey, read all about Barry's on track battles with his rivals, and the off track wars with officialdom. Barry went from being an apprentice jockey to one of the most fearless and determined drivers on the rough and tough Speedway tracks of Australia, the USA and New Zealand. 5. NZ Midgets 2011
Ian Abrahams book covering the New Zealand Midget Championship 2011. The website to order from is here (www.tappublishing.co.nz) published in April 2010/11 The Championship was raced at Western Springs Speedway and covers the meetings leading up to and including the title.
